About Johan Nordlund:
Johan is passionate about marrying physical challenges with his love for the great outdoors. With nineteen Göteborgsvarvet races under his belt, along with numerous ultra-marathons and triathlons—and even a solo cycling adventure across Sweden—Johan is well-versed in the endurance domain.
He regularly speaks on the positive impacts of exercise on well-being and sustainable training practices. In collaboration with Aumla, he has developed health and training programs, 'Löparkoden' and more.
Qualifications:
Johan is a certified Endurance Personal Trainer and has achieved Diploma Running Coach levels 1 & 2 from the Coach Academy, holding a certification from Almega Health Care Companies.
